Let the Crackling Pig Company come and cook up a suburb hog roast to satisfy any gathering in the south east and south west of England.

We can roast over gas or real wood flames on one of our traditional rustic hog roast. The local outdoor reared pig we use  has a protective layer of fat which continues to baste the pork throughout its cooking resulting in superb flavour and succulence. As the fire snaps and flickers you can see the mouth-watering crackling crisp before your very eyes. We then carve the pig at your requested time & either serve within your buffet or alternatively carve & serve in a farmhouse bap with homemade herb stuffing & apple sauce.

We do have the facility of providing bales of straw for seating should you so wish.

If you would like to involve your family & friends , you can hire either styles of hog roast and carve the pig yourself and make it part of your event.

we also have a mobile kitchen unit for large gaverings or events we we can tailer the menu for your requirments.
